Our Expertise
We specialize in providing a wide range of engineering services focusing on the reliability performance of new products during the design and operation phases. We help the design team identify and quantify design requirements; mitigate new product risks; and conduct performance tests.
Mechanistic Design Solutions provides comprehensive engineering services across three key portfolios:
- Design Engineering: Validating product requirements, analyzing customer usage and environmental stresses, optimizing design form, developing reliability risk management plans, DFMEAs, and verification plans.
- Product Verification: Conducting stress and reliability analysis using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and developing Test for Reliability (TFR) plans.
- Product Field Operation: Developing system maintenance plans analyzing warranty, maintenance, and factory log data to identify trends and improve future designs.
